It leads to abandonment to union, to His life, His strength, and to an absolute trust in His sovereignty that undeniably gets me where I need to be when I need to be there." If a weakness or addiction proves to be our 'thorn' then His grace is sufficient, and if and when He is done using the old problem and heals us, then surely He will provide another thorn to keep us dependent. Healing is His to give; it is not ours to take. We are nothing; He is all, and yet the paradox: Now we are REALLY something! Nevertheless, our prayer now and always is that we come awake to the thoughts of shame, judgment, and comparisons, seeing them in the light, for what they are. they are only shadows of non-reality. Thank you Susan! Once again you bring a non-biased, balanced view. It's content so clear, concise, and thorough. I wonder if Christ in Susan is EVER going to publish these or future writings?
